Adding to your life

Try concentrating on adding to your life rather than restricting.

Fill your time with self-compassionate, joyful behaviours leaving you less time to spend on other less helpful behaviours.

Consider adding more movement to your days, more YOU time, more foods that make you feel well after you eat them, more simple pleasures that make you laugh, more joy, more love.

Let your cup overflow with more, and let go of the need to restrict and punish yourself…life is too short and you are too precious.
